Shine Scholarship Nomination

Building a Better Bensalem Together (B3T)proudly presents the Rosemary Adiletto and Sonny Parikh SHINE Student Scholarship. SHINE stands for Selflessness, Honesty, Integrity, Nobility, and Empathy—the very qualities that both Rosemary and Sonny exemplified throughout their lives, along with a deep commitment to others and their community.

As dedicated members of B3T, Rosemary and Sonny were outstanding role models who consistently demonstrated a strong sense of service to Bensalem. They were truly shining examples of what it means to live with Selflessness, Honesty, Integrity, Nobility, and Empathy.

The SHINE Scholarship will be awarded to two 12th-grade students who reside in Bensalem—one in Rosemary’s name and one in Sonny’s name. Each recipient will receive a $1,000 scholarship to support their post-secondary education or training. Awards will be sent directly to the educational institution.

All applications and nominations must be submitted by Tuesday, May 12, 2026
